InHome provides development services based on the principle of separation of the functions of investor and realtor, the so-called fee development. We are engaged in the development of an investment project without making our own financial investments in it. Development services is a complex of measures on qualitative creation of commercial, retail and residential objects, carried out by a team of professionals from our company for a fee. The customer provides full financing of a project. We are engaged in project management for a contractually approved percentage of profits.

The investor hires the inHome team to develop the project, so that we build a turnkey building on a plot of land chosen by the client and organize the search for tenants, or sell the property. InHome carries out a comprehensive implementation of the project: design, necessary approvals with the municipal authorities, construction with subsequent commissioning of premises and buildings. At all stages of development, the customer makes the necessary investments. The property is developed in stages under the control of the InHome team. To perform all the necessary work, the company attracts specialists (contractors, architects, engineering firms).

Our highly qualified team is able to implement any scheme for the implementation of the Customer's investment project on a turnkey basis. By concluding an agreement with our company, the investor doesn't need to search for a plot of land and adapt it to the planned development. We take care of everything from the construction of the property to its commissioning. Our company can also take over the further management of the building or commercial complex.
