What a CRM-ready property enquiry contains

An enquiry is useful when the buyer’s requested property, source and next owner stay connected through follow-up.

A message alone is not a lead

A buyer can contact a Cyprus property team from a listing, a search result or another campaign surface. The team needs to know which property and context led to the enquiry, not just receive an isolated message.

The intake should validate the submitted contact fields and preserve the property reference and source context. If availability or price is uncertain, the CRM should not convert that uncertainty into a promise to the buyer.

Carry context into the operating record

In the Estate Radar lifecycle, the enquiry continues through person, lead and opportunity work in Cockpit/CRM. The broker’s next action belongs to that thread, with the original property still visible.

Deduplication matters here too: a returning buyer should not become an unrelated person record just because they asked about a second home. Human review remains necessary when identities or intentions are ambiguous.

The handoff is the test

A CRM-ready enquiry has a responsible owner and a recoverable state after capture. A successful form submission alone does not show that a broker saw the request or followed up.

For a Cyprus agency, the operational value is a traceable path from discovery to the next customer conversation. Conversion and deal outcomes require their own readback; this note makes no numerical performance claim.
