Who we are

What we collect
Build collects the project choices you make, the page you started from, optional notes, your name and email, and any company or phone details you choose to provide.
The draft remains in this browser’s sessionStorage while you work. It is sent to InHome only when you select Send brief, then removed from that tab after successful server storage.
Rossi collects the messages you choose to send, the evolving product blueprint and, only when you book a call, your name, selected contact channel, contact detail and preferred time. A necessary HttpOnly cookie lets this browser resume a Rossi session for up to 30 days.
Please do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential records or sensitive personal information. Our hosting may also process ordinary technical request, security and error information needed to operate the site.
Why we use it
We use project and contact information to evaluate your request, prepare for a possible project, arrange the call you requested and reply to you. This processing is needed to take steps at your request before a possible business relationship.
We use limited technical records to keep the service reliable and secure. Optional analytics uses your consent, not the project-enquiry basis.
Service providers
Vercel hosts and delivers the website. Build briefs and Rossi sessions are stored in Neon PostgreSQL. Build does not send your brief to an AI provider.
When you use Rossi, relevant conversation content is sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured AI model provider so Rossi can produce the requested response and blueprint. Email notifications use our configured mail delivery provider where that channel is used.
Google processes the optional analytics described below. These providers receive only the information needed for their role; we do not sell personal information or share it with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Project enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless they form part of an ongoing business relationship or must be kept longer for legal or accounting obligations.
An anonymous Rossi session can be resumed for up to 30 days. After that, session access expires and its records are handled under our operational retention process. Minimal security and delivery records may be kept as reasonably needed to investigate failures, abuse or legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or provide eligible data in a portable form. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Analytics settings.
Rossi provides preliminary assistance and does not make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects about you. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
You may also lodge a complaint with Cyprus’s Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
